How I Survived T-Day

I got invited to two localish celebrations -- I made my goal of 200# THAT MORNING, by dropping a pound (normally, I drop one every two-three days). I overloaded at the 12:00 home and ended up having to skip the 3:00 bash...

And today when I weighed, I was still at 200. (That sounds horrid, but is actually good news. I was at 240 in mid-June when I started. I think I'd still do a high school linebacker proud, pound wise at least... My all time high of 260 was several years behind me when I started, but I couldn't seem to move it south any further on my own...)
