6:13p - Wandering Loss - Day 4


Today is the second day of the diet's Weight Loss Protocol. This diet does not require exercise to lose - instead, it chemically resets your body's set point (the weight it seeks and holds naturally). Indeed, the gal who has corresponded off and on with me said she did not recommend exercising for the first ten weight loss days, or so, after hearing of yesterday's exploits.
