Seuss's Literary Legacy

Quite taken with Seuss using a 200 word vocabulary list to write The Cat in the Hat, and the difficulty he had getting started with a list that just left him cold, he decided that he'd make the title of the book from the first set of rhyming words he found...

Here's a few spin off titles, and a brief description of the stories they'd contain:

The Awful Waffle (The inability to make up one's mind causes DIRE CONSEQUENCES.)

Resolutely Resisting Reading (The 8th graders hold fast to their hard-won ignorance in spite of NCLB's best practices.)
